Gynecological Issues

The pelvic floor is a complicated structure made up of a combination of muscles that support the pelvic organs while also forming the birth canal and urine and stool channels. Muscles that are either weak or too tight might cause problems with the pelvic floor. Our Integrated Treatment Model helps us restore the health of the pelvis and the internal organs in most Gynecological disorders.

In 80 percent of women, a structured treatment program to strengthen the pelvic floor muscles is beneficial in reversing symptoms. Neuromuscular stabilization treatments, abdominal strengthening exercises, and internal

manual therapy are the most common techniques used. These treatments, when used in the order established by our Integrated Treatment Model, ensure that pelvic floor muscle fitness and organ motility are restored.

Visceral osteopathy, trigger point release, myofascial stretches, and neural mobilization are all techniques we employ frequently.

We concentrate on restoring full gynecological vitality.

Uterine prolapse occurs when pelvic floor muscles and ligaments stretch and weaken and no longer provide enough support for the uterus. Women with uterine prolapse constantly feel the sensations of heaviness and pressure in the vagina. These patients complain of a bulge coming out of the vagina. Through our Integrated Treatment model, we work for creating better support for the organ. We use a variety of techniques like osteopathy and activation of abdominal tissues to bring lasting relief.

It is a common complaint, where women experience a range of issues. From occasionally leaking urine when you cough or sneeze to having an urge to urinate that's so sudden and strong you don't reach the bathroom in time; women experience varying degrees of difficulty. The intensity and frequency increase with aging, menopause, and pregnancy due to weakness in the pelvic floor. We use our Integrated treatment model in a structured way to ensure organ manipulation through osteopathy and pelvic floor strengthening over the course of the treatment. We have been successful in treating 100% of the incontinence case.

The pelvic floor muscles span the private area under the pelvis. They are responsible not only for helping to control the passage of urine, stool, and gas but also for allowing comfort and pleasure during sex. The abnormal tone of pelvic floor and lower abdomen muscles leads to painful intercourse. Using our integrated treatment model, we begin with pain management by releasing the stiff muscle of the area and then gradually creating strengthening.

Pudendal neuralgia is a condition that causes pain, discomfort, or numbness in your pelvis or genitals. It happens when a major nerve in the lower body is damaged or irritated, it can compress while passing through piriformis muscle or ligaments. This can make it hard to use the bathroom, have sex, or sit down. At EEZ align we start with decompressing the nerve to manage the pain and gradually us Chiropractic adjustments to improve mobility. Over a period of time, we perform isometric contraction and other processes to activate the weak muscles and create a full recovery.

Vaginal dryness can happen at any age in women and for several reasons. A common reason is a fluctuation in estrogen hormone and improper circulation. We use our integrated treatment model to bring structural integration to improve the circulation and a variety of other methods to fully reverse this issue and in some cases recover as much as the body will allow.

PCOD (Polycystic Ovarian Disease) or PCOS (Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome) is a major issue for young females in India, and even globally in developed countries. There are hormonal abnormalities, irregular menstrual cycle, and metabolism disturbances due to excess of excretion of male hormones. Researchers have shown that it’s primarily due to changes in lifestyle and eating habits. At EEZ align through our integrated treatment model we have experience in treating PCOD. Our emphasis is on better motility of the uterus through osteopathy and maintaining it by strengthening the core musculature. Partial recovery and maintenance of the health of the pelvis and the uterus are possible.

Menstrual cramps (dysmenorrheal) are throbbing or cramping pains in the lower abdomen. It could be due to pelvic inflammatory disease, scarring, or fibroids. Many women have menstrual cramps just before and during their menstrual periods. At EEZ align we use our Integrated treatment model to help reduce the intensity and frequency of pain through Osteopathy and then gradually strengthen the pelvic floor to avoid relapses.
