Headache is defined as pain arising from the head or upper neck of the body. The pain originates from the tissues and structures that surround the skull or the brain because the brain itself has no nerves that give rise to the sensation of pain. These days it’s more related to wrong postures and weak cervical muscles. In the integrated treatment model, we begin by identifying the underlying cause (muscle or misaligned cervical spine) and work to reduce the intensity and frequency of the bouts, and work on the stability to avoid relapse.

Calf pain varies from person to person, but it typically feels like a dull, aching, or sharp pain, sometimes with tightness, in the back of the lower leg. We use our integrated treatment model to help our patients to improve their body rhythms and alignment, thus improving energy levels. We use several methods, especially osteopathy and breathing techniques for the right impact.
