10. No-Refund Policy

Payments are generally non-refundable. Refunds may be considered in exceptional circumstances (e.g., verified medical reasons) at the sole discretion of management. All refund decisions are final.

11. Treatment & Package Policies

11.1 Package Validity

Packages are valid from the date of purchase:

10-day package → 20 days;
20-day package → 35 days;
30-day package → 50 days.

Unused sessions beyond validity will be forfeited

11.2 Session Scheduling

Appointments must be booked in advance and are subject to availability. Rescheduling requires 12 hours’ notice. Missed sessions without notice are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.

11.3 Non-Transferability

Packages are non-transferable and assigned to a single patient.

11.4 Refund & Cancellation

Refund requests require supporting medical documents in case of medical inability to continue. Approved refunds are processed after deducting used sessions and administrative charges.

11.5 Late Arrivals & No-Shows

Arriving 15 minutes late → session shortened.
Arriving 30+ minutes late → counted as no-show.
Three or more no-shows may result in cancellation of future bookings.

11.6 Walk-in Sessions

Subject to practitioner and facility availability, on a first-come, first-served basis. Waiting Conditions: If slots are full, patients may be offered the next available session. Estimated wait times communicated at reception. Patients must confirm willingness to wait beyond standard window (15–30 mins). Pre-booked appointments and emergencies are prioritized.

11.7 Digital & Promotional Offers

Online or seasonal offers are time-bound and non-transferable. Refunds are not applicable after payment processing.

12. Mode of Payment

All payments are processed securely via authorized gateways. Sensitive payment data is never requested via email, SMS, or phone.

13. Treatment Disclaimer

Discontinuing or failing to complete treatment may affect results; Eez Align is not liable for outcomes in such cases. Trial sessions are not standard but may be considered within 48 hours at management discretion. Results depend on individual adherence, consistency, and response; outcomes are not guaranteed.
